Resumen

El concepto de la autoeficacia elaborado por Bandura (1977 – 1986) se ha convertido en uno de los más estudiados en la última década. En este artículo se describe brevemente la teoría de la autoeficacia, cómo se define sus fuentes y sus dimensiones. Asimismo, se presentan algunos resultados de estudios que han aplicado este concepto para explicar el aprendizaje y la motivación en el contexto educativo.
