Resumen

En este trabajo se presenta un extracto de dos estudios de caso para ilustrar algunos de los retos que implica el creciente multiculturalismo en dos instituciones de educación pública norteamericanas, una universidad y una escuela rural. Asimismo, examinamos las implicaciones que esto tiene para la evaluación, el desarrollo y la formación de profesores.
